1. Programme Status
AXIRIS School of Business is a professional learning and certification provider. It is not represented as a university and does not award academic degrees unless a specific programme expressly states otherwise through an appropriately authorised awarding institution.
2. Professional Certification
The AXIRIS Global AI Business Program is a private professional certification and international project-learning programme. Completion may require attendance, assessments, project work, conduct standards, capstone requirements and other published criteria.
3. Global Learning Destinations
International learning or project destinations may include the UAE, Europe, Canada and other approved locations. Locations, sequence, duration and availability may vary by cohort and are subject to eligibility, visa and immigration requirements, host or project availability, regulatory approvals, safety considerations and applicable local law.
4. No Visa, Employment or Immigration Guarantee
Participation does not guarantee any visa, work permit, employment, salary, permanent residence, relocation result or admission to any country. Any paid productive work must be governed by a separate lawful employment arrangement and appropriate work authorisation.
5. Programme Changes
AXIRIS may reasonably adjust curriculum sequencing, schedules, delivery methods, project assignments, learning locations or cohort structure for academic, operational, legal, regulatory, safety or host-availability reasons.
6. Fees & Third-Party Costs
Fees cover only items expressly included in the applicable written offer or enrollment documentation. Visa charges, flights, accommodation, insurance, government fees, medical examinations and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the published Refund & Cancellation Policy, the enrollment agreement and any mandatory law applicable to the relevant operating entity or delivery location.
8. Learner Conduct & Access
Access to protected learning systems is personal and may not be shared. AXIRIS may suspend access for misuse, fraud, security concerns, serious misconduct or material breach of programme requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
AXIRIS programme materials, curriculum, learning systems, branding and protected content may not be copied, resold, redistributed or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Final Enrollment Documents
The signed enrollment agreement, fee schedule, offer letter and any country-specific addendum take precedence for the specific cohort where they contain more detailed or specific terms.
