1. Application & Assessment Fee
The USD 150 application and assessment fee is generally non-refundable once the application review or assessment process has begun, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
2. Seat Deposit
The USD 1,500 seat deposit is credited toward programme tuition. Any refund eligibility for the deposit is governed by the applicant's written offer, enrollment agreement and applicable law.
3. Tuition Payments
Tuition refund eligibility depends on the date of withdrawal, services already delivered, cohort commencement and the terms stated in the learner's enrollment agreement.
4. Visa or International Mobility Outcomes
Visa, entry, work authorisation and mobility decisions are made by third-party government authorities. A visa refusal does not automatically create a refund right unless the applicant's written enrollment terms expressly provide one. Where a country phase becomes unavailable, AXIRIS may offer an alternative approved learning or project pathway where reasonably available.
5. Programme Changes
If AXIRIS materially changes or cancels a programme component, any remedy or refund will be assessed according to the enrollment agreement, services already delivered and applicable mandatory law.
6. Third-Party Costs
Visa fees, flights, accommodation, insurance, medical examinations and other third-party costs are governed by the relevant provider's terms and are not automatically refundable by AXIRIS.
7. Requests
Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted through the official AXIRIS admissions channel and include sufficient information to identify the applicant and payment.
